Responsibility:
1. Cooperate with the Operations Director to develop overall market strategy plans
2. Lead market development in the responsible regions, and establish as well as maintain contacts and relationships with clients
3. Responsible for business negotiations and facilitating cooperation
4. Lead background checks of potential clients, as well as research on markets, industry, and policy, analyse trends, and assist in the effective promotion of market development
5. Other tasks arranged by supervisors
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, with academic major or experience in project management, marketing, architecture and related fields
2. At least three years of market development experience in relevant industry
3. Strong abilities in business expansion, negotiation, communication and coordination, excellent strategy planning, market forecasting, and policy interpretation
4. Strong system thinking ability, data analysis ability, and organisational coordination ability
5. Acknowledge the corporate culture, with a strong sense of dedication and responsibility, as well as a high level of initiative and confidence
6. Sociable and outgoing personality, able to adapt to business trips
