Chee Feng, Maggie Mai and Yuzhu Huang awarded IAF 2025 Top 100
The IAF 2025 Annual Ceremony has come to a successful conclusion at Guangzhou Design Week. Eric Shing, Chairman and Chief Architect of Shing & Partners, was invited to attend the event and presented the IAF 2025 (Completed) Best Award. Shing & Partners Deputy Chief Architect Chee Feng, Design Director Maggie Mai, and Design Director Yuzhu Huang were awarded IAF 2025 Pioneering Architects Top 100.

Shing & Partners won the 2025 National Excellent Design Awards
Recently, the China Engineering and Consulting Association announced the list of award-winning projects for the 2025 National Excellent Engineering Exploration and Design Awards. The Peakview designed by Shing & Partners won the second prize for residential and residential community design, and the Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Baiyun won the third prize for water system engineering design.

Shing & Partners' two projects awarded Rural Revitalization Top 10
On 28th November, 2025, the 2025 Guangdong Rural Revitalization Planning and Design Conference and Top 100 Rural Revitalization Planning and Design Works Release Conference was successfully launched at Yuexiu Fengxing National Rural Complex. Two projects designed by Shing & Partners, Shaoguan Red Army Exhibition Park and Sinye Luxury Resort Hotel, have won the Top 10 Rural Revitalization Planning and Design and the Top 10 Rural Revitalization Commercial/Homestay Space Design respectively.

Eric Shing was elected as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GDEEDA
On 26th August, 2025, the first meeting of the sixth members’ conference of Guangdong Engineering Exploration & Design Association was successfully held in Guangzhou. Nearly 800 representatives, guests, and journalists across the province attended the conference.
The conference elected a new board of directors, supervisory board, and leadership team. Eric Shing, Chairman and Chief Architect of Shing & Partners, was elected as the sixth chairman of the association's supervisory board.
