From 16th to 19th October, 2024, the CADE Architecture Design Expo 2024 (Shanghai) was successfully held in the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (Shanghai). The Expo, with the theme of "Regeneration and Innovation", showcases the latest trends and innovative achievements in the field of architectural design through various forms. During this period, the "Good House" exhibition, initiated by the Chinese Architectural Society and hosted by the Residential Architecture Professional Committee, met with the audience at the CADE Expo. Eric Shing, Chairman and Chief Architect of Shing & Partners, and Executive Member of the Residential Architecture Professional Committee of CAS, participated as a curator in the South China region.

From 9^th to 11^th September, 2024, the 17th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention with the theme of "Planning a New Sequence, Creating a New Bureau Together" was held in Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. Eric Shing shared his entrepreneurship experience with 200 attendees from China and Malaysia. Since its establishment, Shing & Partners has focused on local expertise and actively expanded its global perspective, committed to creating future oriented, sustainable, and impactful spaces.

On the afternoon of 5^th September, 2024, the Industrial Park Development and Innovation Salon successfully concluded at the Yueshui Science and Technology Innovation Centre. Chee Feng, Deputy Chief Architect of Shing & Partners, gave a keynote speech. He used four types of industrial projects as examples to analyse the design exploration of industrial parks in the new era.

On 21^st August, 2024, YCDA and Shing & Partners jointly hosted a lecture on "Application and Practice of Innovative Technology in the design Industry". Nearly 50 members and industry leaders were invited to discuss practice and experience of innovative technology and intelligent design in different fields.

Sam Sin, General Manager of Shing & Partners Project Management Centre, delivered a keynote speech. He introduced the breakthrough of nonlinear shapes from traditional constraints, the integration of cutting-edge technology and innovative design, which strongly demonstrated the application and practice of innovative technology in the architectural design industry.

On 25^th July, 2024, the 3rd Science and Technology Innovation Exchange Conference hosted by the Guangdong Engineering Exploration & Design Association came to a successful conclusion. Shing & Partners was invited to participate in the forum discussing about the innovation of architectural and structural design, with Project Director and Deputy Chief Architect Linda Shao and Structural Design Centre Chief Engineer Xiaoxiang Deng sharing the lately innovation on practices.

The seminar about the transformation and future talent cultivation of the construction industry was successfully held. More than 30 experts and scholars from the industry, enterprises and universities participated. Linda Shao, the co-chairman of the Guangzhou Women Architects & Designers Association, as well as the Project Director and Deputy Chief Architect of Shing & Partners, was invited to attend and give a keynote speech.
