From 16^th to 19^th October, 2024, the CADE Architectural Design Expo 2024 (Shanghai), jointly hosted by the Chinese Architectural Society (CAS), Munich Expo Group, and Fenestration BAU China, was successfully held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The Expo, with the theme of ‘Rebirth and Innovation’, showcases the latest trends and innovative achievements in the field of architectural design through various forms such as themed exhibitions, industry conferences, and architect salons, jointly exploring the forefront dynamics of architecture at home and abroad, attracting 20,000 professional visitors on site.
 
During this period, the ‘Good House’ themed exhibition, initiated by the CAS and hosted by the Residential Architecture Professional Committee, was jointly planned by 9 design units, 9 joint curators. The result of this was presented to the audience at the CADE Architectural Design Expo. Eric Shing, the Chairman and Chief Architect of Shing & Partners, and Executive Member of the Residential Architecture Professional Committee of the CAS, has participated in as a curator for the South China region.

Recently, the Guangzhou Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau issued a notice on the publication of the second batch of demonstration enterprises for the ‘chain length system’ in the construction industry. Hanson Bosheng was selected as one of the second batch of demonstration enterprises for the ‘chain length system’ in the construction industry in Guangzhou.

On 19^th September,2024, the Member Conference and 20^th Anniversary Celebration of Guangzhou Urban Planning Association was held at Guangdong Shengli Hotel. A number of leaders from the Guangzhou Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, as well as Issac Zheng, General Manager and Chief Planner of the Planning and Design Centre in Shing & Partners, attended the event. Shing & Partners was awarded the Outstanding Member of Guangzhou Urban Planning Association in 2023.
