The pavilion is located on the mountain in Lingtou Village, Changling Region of Huangpu District. The village attracts mountian-climbing tourists, due to its excellent environment, for which the project is to provide an observation deck for tourists to enjoey sightseeing experience. Although the project has a small scale, all materials are local-sourced, with the goal of creating low-carbon solution by using natural materials.
