Located in the core of Pearl Bay area of Nansha district, Guangzhou, the campus is the closest school to the sea within the region. For New School Movement, the focus of this project lies on how to break through the stereotypes of traditional campus that centres efficiency and further create a free, open and flowing spatial model for the future generations. By forming a continuous ground space through elevated layers, the campus is a response to the local climate while making the campus a composite settlement with various possibilities, interactivity and challenges.
