The project is located in Chengdong Town, Meizhou, surrounded by continuous mountains. By using techniques of staggered layout and stepped form-making, the design intends to integrate the building into the environment. Guestrooms are built along the mountain, each building has a wide view under the low-density planning layout. The design of facade comes from the study of local traditional architecture, which has been reorganised and further evolved into a modern architectural form.
