Located within the Yangshuo Scenic Area, the project is adjacent to the Yulong River, which is the second phase development of the Yangshuo Resorts.The scheme is planned to include high- and low-density two types of villa clusters, with intends to integrate into the plain landscape.The main building is located on a higher terrain, providing guests with the opportunity to appreciate the mountains, pastoral, and riverside landscapes simultaneously. The south of the land is an area surrounded by a series of mountains, fields, and forests. By taking advantage of such a unique environmental element, some villas are open up to the valleys and forests with highly privacy security. The architectural form is based on the design of typical residence in northern Guangxi, extracted from the texture of traditional villages, making the building more concise and lightweight.
