Located in the core area of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, the project has a significant impact on the aggregation of regional core functions and the shaping of core image. The design scheme makes control regarding to the functions, scale, and urban skyline of public spaces, in order to create a modern city in the way of China.
