The project is located in the central of Donghai Island in Zhanjiang, famous for its 28 km long beach. This scheme recognises architecture as a part of urban ecology, integrating marine culture, natural resources, green plant themes, leisure tourism, commercial entertainment, and more experience into a continuous spatial journey. The architecture adopts a "biomimetic" design approach to create a forward-looking balance between industry, commerce, residential, cultural tourism, and ecology.
