Located in the core of CBD, Dongguan, the site was originally an ancient village. In 2022, an urban park complex covering an area of 220000㎡ was planned to develop. The southern part is going to be an ecological landscape, while the northern area is becoming a dynamic sports area. This project is taken as a testing ground for Near-Zero and Net-Zero energy consumption buildings, marking the city's future vision on urban renewal as well as industrial transformation and upgrading.
