The project is located in Foshan New Town, south of the Dongping River while adjacent to the Foshan Century Lotus Sports Centre, which is designed from the perspective of urban texture, skyline, and the environment surrounded. After completion, The Landmark forms a highly recognisable city gateway on the Dongping river bank, reshaping the city skyline with its iconic 180m height. Its location allows the plot to enjoy a unique 180 degree panoramic landscape resource.

The architetcural design adopts modern and minimalist techniques, while utilising the refinement of curtain wall and the volume of floor slabs to deliver its signature form. With the changing preference of younger target customers, as a high-end residential product, the priority of this project is its social function. The aerial clubhouse, set on the 37th floor, features a 5m cantilever structure and double layered stacking, creating the unique viewing experience of the city.
