Located in the core area of the downtown of Conakry, Guinea, the project is adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. Positioned as the benchmark for West African seaside mansions, it reimagines life in the Gulf of Guinea. The overall planning centres around a classic French clubhouse, with seven residential towers around. The community cleverly utilises vertical elevation differences to achieve a pyramid layout, elevating the viewing horizon while effectively isolating noises, embodying an updated philosophy of coastal living.
