Located in Huijing New Town, Guangzhou, well renowned as a high-end residential area of the city, the project was the last puzzle remained to be developed. The site was planned as an extension of the regional green axis, this top-notch residential project is designed with the idea of ultimate comfort. The overall architectural design language adopts rounded corners and streamlines, finely processing the details and coherence of the facade. This is the first residential project in Guangzhou to apply the Constant Comfort system, which consists of an embedded external sunshade combined with the window-door system to create a comfortable environment conctrolled by environmental science and technology.
