The project is located in the core of Auckland, New Zealand, which features a luxurious apartment tower with 23 floors and a height of 82m. The base of the building accommodates multiple levels of public amenities, with the form setting back gradually to create a pedestrian-friendly street interface. The elevated level combines functions such as an aerial swimming pool and landscape, forming an aerial garden. On the facade of the tower, irregular curves simulate the flowing image of the ocean, creating a unique urban image.
