The project is located in the medical port area of Liwan District, Guangzhou, embracing the river from the east. It is composed of seven super-talls up to 150m high, with a C-shaped ring around the Pearl River. Taking 'Living on the Cloud' as the theme, it reshapes the riverbank through techniques of architectural orchestration, deconstruction and connection. The project emphasises the expression of scale and materiality, and creates an extraordinary spatial experience through large-scale application of top quality materials and large-span structures that challenges physical limits.
