This project is situated in the central of Shunde New Town, which is distributed in four plots. The master-plan innovatively connects facilities surrounding to form a 'Great Poly Live Circle' in the Eastern part of the town. By integrating resources, the previously disadvantageous scattered plots are transformed into an extended community, creating a 'harbour' with the sense of belonging. The project has become a testing ground for the 'whole-life house'. With deep research, the project intends to precisely address on pain points of residents, and to further make technically breakthroughs, which evolves 16 variable models that can be developed to satisfy long-term living.
