The project is located in the Guangzhou Airport area, which is both a chanllenge and an opportunity for this project. The project fully utilises the planning advantages of low density and high greening rate,and further extracts the concept of contemporary 'College Mansion' from local academic resources.With adopting the graded technique, the overall residential area is divided into multiple clusters, thereby further optimising the relation between horizontal and vertical in this project.
