Situated in the Jiuhua Economic Development Zone in the city of Xiangtan, with the landscape resource of Xiangjiang River, the project is positioned as a large-scale ecological community, including functions of residential, commercial and offices. Aiming at designing a low-density residential community, the pre-set density rate of the project is 19%, by creating a comprehensive green system including Mountain Park, Central Garden, Public lawns and residential courtyards. Meanwhile, in order to improve the sense of comfort, buildings are adopted a staggered point-style layout in south-north direction, which could effectively increase the distance between buildings and avoiding visual disturbing.
