Located in the heart of White Swan Pond CBD, the project is an urban renewal project of Dongjiao Village, aiming at creating a high-quality residential community, which is the 3.0 version of its product series, by emphasising the livable value of south direction. Meanwhile, the project intends to integrate the community resources and its landscape scheme, in order to enhance the sense of comfort of the residential. The facade of the building is inspired by the local 'banyan' memory, by extracting curves from the nature, combined with the techniques of modern construction, in which the lightness and boundless visual experience achieved by the application of glass material in a large scale.
