The project is located in Dawang High-tech Zone, Zhaoqing, designed as a TOD lifestyle community with over one million square metres for the nation-class high-tech zone. The scheme creates 21 activity sections and scenes by connecting resources of the site, which further activates the potentials of each interface. The buildings are set around central garden to construct the comfort of traditional courtyard living.
