The project is located at the southern foot of Guangzhou Huolushan Forest Park, facing a 70acre lakeside park. By the integration of general planning and architectural design, the project is redesigning the go-home experience of the residents, from the perspectives of ceremonial and refining. By utilising the terrain conditions, the design has created an elevated central garden with the area of over 5000sqm. The southward oriented residential products provide the best possible sunlight conditions. Combined with internal landscape corridors, a looped ecological system that consists of the units, the gardens, landscapes, mountains and lake resources has been formed.
