The project is located in the downtown of Guilin, with multi-layer resources including the Lijiang River, Nanxi Mountain and the cityscape. Based on this, it is designed as an urban landmark complex that includes residential, commerce and tourism. With the combination of landscape resources into the community, the project further creates the first green community within Guangxi, which is known as the Forth Generation of Housing. The imagery of terraced field on site is introduced to architectural design, which helps the innovative format of terraced gardens with vertical plantings, constructing a three-dimensional biological system.
