With the location of the northern part of Zhenjiang district, Shaoguan, the project is adjacent to Zhenjiang River and Laoxie Mountain. Due to its rich landscape resources, it is designed to utilise the river and mountain scenery resources in max, and further incorporating natural elements into daily life. The scheme absorbed the format of traditional courtyard of local residential culture, and creates a Lingnan style riverside community.
